★★★★★ New ticket doesn't show until you navigate to a different menu and back, making you think your purchase failed (and you might buy another to correct it). Today it wouldn't even update to show my purchase until I restarted the app. Ruter doesn't refund you if you buy two single tickets accidentally, as far as I recall.

★★★★★ EDIT: Works fine now The app does its job fine. However, I'd like to give some feedback: - Loading pages in the app is really slow (current gen phone). The latency can cause problems during ticket inspection, as I have to remember to preload my ticket as it might not load on time otherwise - If I use "my location" when buying a period ticket between two zones it will display the correct zones, but the ticket will not include the zone starting at "my location". EDIT: works better now

★★★★★ My initial review was aimed at a missing "check for departures from station". This has since then been added from map, and added again as a tab in the main page. This feature and the ability to see where the vehicle in question is on the journey (gps) has saved me a lot of time as I now can time my travel and connections much better. Hats off, I was frustrated at first, but it has been worth the wait. +1 if tracking = optional when using an account. But at least having an account is optional.

★★★★★ Pretty good for planning and so on, but it tricked me into buying a ticket I didn't need. The first time I used it I bought a ticket and then had to push another button to start it. The second time there was no indication whether it succeeded or failed, and I couldn't find my ticket. So I tried again and figured that if I get two then I could always use it later. But it turned out that I had two tickets that started immediately. 💸

★★☆☆☆ HONESTLY!! WHAT IS YOUR BUS DRIVERS PROBLEMS!!??? The bus drivers here in Oslo are legit the most rude I have ever encountered in my travels around the world! It's almost as if you also have to pass as a douchebag to be a driver! They straight up pass you AND your stop! Dude made my late for my transfer train because he straight up passed my stop! Please tell me where to complain because I'm legit fed up with your daily rude drivers!!

★★☆☆☆ I am traveler from Malaysia, when I key in my phone number for registration, it doesn't send me the SMS verification code at all. Have been trying for multiple times using different Malaysian Telco number with +60 prefix also not able to register

★★☆☆☆ When trying to pay a ticket with a Swedish card, the app does not allow Banked to start, and therefore it's not possible to complete the purchase
