Very user-friendly, access to all of my family's medications in one spot, and easy to access pharmacy technicians if you need professional help. The drug look up tool is a game-changer when you are in the Dr.'s office. Proactive notifications assure me that I am saving the most $$$ on my prescriptions. Incredible that differences in price between capsules and tablets of the same medication can be $1,000+ per year.

Can't get past login. Redirects me back to the activation screen. I called the provided number, and they are trying to fix this. The support team worked with me in fixing this problem. They called me back on several occasions until they found the issue. It now works as intended.

All this app does is redirect me to my blue cross account website. What's the point?

Can't get past the activate account page either. It redirects to the insurance website and never brings me back to the app. I tried the login screen and after entering my email it took me to the provider login page...tried the website and was able to log in, but it gave me "savings" for medications I pay nothing for. Overall I'm unimpressed with the app and the company as a whole. 0 stars.

Signed up completed but when trying to log in states I have to update the app will not allow me takes me to my Google account to login and keeps saying my password is incorrect which I know my password I can logito my Google with no issues
