Ride home. Press button to end ride. Press confirmation button. The screen summarizing the ride starts loading. Meanwhile, phone connects to the home Wi-Fi. Ride ending has never been confirmed. So, you need to check twice. Last time I lost 60 minutes this way, because the scooter was parked while the ride continued.

Loving Ryde, my main go-to scooters. The App is flawless so far. I miss that the App does not show clearly in minutes how many minutes I have left of the purchased drive pass.

Got a monthly subscription with 300 min included, but the minutes are not real! If your ride lasts 6:02 minuts, the app deducts 7 min from the total amount. Other providers do not do the same.

Was forced to load 30SEK into ryde wallet to activate a scooter but got told the scooter is not functional. No other ryde scooters close 👍. Paid for nothing and had to walk. How about you don't make the scooter able to be scanned if it is out of function? Clowns

Scan didn't work, money in my account are not good enough for them to take, so I can actually ride. Seems like nothing works. For the past month they've been trying to take money for a monthly pass, and they haven't done it yet. Error upon error. I could change to card directly, but then my money ain't insured, so I'm good. 👍 Thanks for a month if nothing Ryde, appreciate ya'
