Хорошее приложение, удобное и более приятное, чем у Utair и Аэрофлот Но произошла странная ситуация: в приложении при регистрации было выбрано место space plus, однако, после смены борта меня посадили на обычное место вместо места space plus. При просьбе пересадить меня на место space plus уже на борту самолёта (они были абсолютно свободные), мне отказали. Рейс 1072, 02.01.2020 Самара-Москва.

Классно. Дизайн красивый, все понятно, единственное, при выборе откуда и куда перелет, было бы удобнее, если бы сразу был какой-нибудь указатель, может по геолокации автоматом предложение аэропорта или по алфавиту хотя бы.

I fly 3 airplanes every 3 months. From adana istanbul and ulyanovsk. I find antalya to ulyanovsk. 6h 45m. So if our covid 19 test comes positives what is your policy ? Do you Refund ? Because the test has to be in 48 hrs. Bfr What is the fee ? Or you put a vaucher ? Can i use the ticket in 2 weeks later ? October 12th i fly

Ужасная авиакомпания стала! По возможности не пользуйтесь её услугами! Там где раньше кормили два раза - теперь один раз. А там где кормили один раз - теперь просто раздали по стаканчику воды и харош на этом. Хотя в билете указано "meal", т.е. "еда". Про мили вообще молчу, - уже не знают какую отговорку придумать, чтобы их не начислять!

Попытался зарегистрироваться на рейс через приложение. В итоге пришло подтверждение на почту с выбранными мной местами, но не верными датами рейса (друзья параллельно регистрировались на этот же рейс и выбранные мно места были доступны для выбора). Приложение в этот момент показывало, что я зарегистрировался на , но на другие места. Пришлось повторить регистрацию через web. Там все ок.

Не даёт ни выбрать место хотя класс билета это позволяет. В билет включен багаж, пишет что багажа нет. Коверкает имя отчество вводя в заблуждение. Дно а не приложение

I still didn't get a refund from my cancelled flights in March. They said that they will process the refund in 60 days but then decided not to fullfil their obligations. It's the only company that haven't returned money. It's a pity that companies don't care about image anymore. You've just lost a client
