I am worried after I made by payment successful and after a while received payment incomplete status. Call the customer support and the operator at that time, TJ was very courteous & helpful to explain that my payment was successful, and the incomplete status was an automatic return message for the transaction that I did not complete verify during the boost payment step. Kudos to Sarah Pay, and I'm confident to continue making payment.

Kudos to Perbadanan Pinjaman Sarah. Long awaited online payment for the Agricultural department (specifically for the import permit & phytosanitary certification) has been half fulfilled - looking forward for phytosanitary online payment. It really makes life easy instead of go to Agri dept for application, payment and document collection. Now, It just a finger click away. The best part also, after make the payment, it automatically updates the payment in QIS app. Well done and keep it up!

I tried to pay water bill, but there's only 1 option using Boost app It's directly charge the amount to pay, but I tried to pay but cannot proceed due to an error on Boost apps, then searching for Tabata Air Negeri Sarah on Boost app there's none exist like JANS or whatsoever, they just didn't exist at all. Please provide more other option for customer like me to pay forward.

Your payment platform should have the bill amount displayed to customer & other payment method should also be included, other than Boost. (E.g. Online banking & etc.).
