I was happy before for 6 months maybe more I have canceled my account and safe lagoon still charges me monthly I've sent emails with no help I understand it's 5 bucks I shouldn't have to pay for a service we no longer use my child has not use this service in a long time I just want this to stop DO NOT get this service

The app itself is not bad. The customer service however is atrocious. I have been in conversation with you for weeks. I want to know how to cancel and stop all charges and you've done everything EXCEPT tell me how. Now I'm being ignored. At this point I don't recommend at all.....
