I have downloaded and installed the app, but it is not opening .tried multiple times to open.it is giving flash and showing error message ''the app has bug to open ". Is there any solution?

I have installed this SAHEL app but am unable to open the same. Accompanying message says that there is bug in the system & it needs to be fixed by the DEVELOPER before the app can function properly.

Doesn't work at all. Servers unresponsive, unable to log in. The call button for the help center in the bottom right takes you to a general switchboard number. When they answer your call, they will tell you that they can do nothing to help you and have no responsibility in regards to the app. This kind of situation is common in this country and with this government. They should feel ashamed of themselves for the complete incompetence with which they conduct business. Fix the app and help line.
