★★★★★ I love this app. It's amazing. Easy to use, and I love how fast I get test results and appointment updates, plus you get to see your X-rays. Everyone was nice, pleasantly helpful, and they listened to me. If you're looking for a doctor who actually listens to you, then Dr. Brandon Jones is the doctor for you. He will get down to the bottom of things and let you know in a timely manner. We need more doctors like him. Doc, if you read this, "Please don't change." Saint Luke's hospital, you rock.

★★☆☆☆ Won't give me a calendar appt or ics file to add to calendar. Won't let me copy and paste appt info into calendar. Won't even let me screenshot appt info to add to calendar. Won't let me schedule appts for referrals.

★★☆☆☆ I am still unable to send messages via portal to my endocrinologist. There is no contact person to ask for help navigating this application.

★★☆☆☆ Since this change I have not been able to contact my providers, or if a message goes through. Have tried all hours of the day or night. Plus trying to contact a member of my care team is a joke. I have been with St Lukes for over 12 years. It gives an error of the system error.
