★★★★★ Now this mobile app is the only option to access the Salesforce account. How I will open my account without this authenticator app, I mean if someday my mobile is not working, lost, etc.? There should be some more options.

★★★★★ Used it for my Student Heroku Account. But now I Forgot my Passcode and my 2fa was erased. Support team could you help ?(I have access to the email I used)

★★★★★ Work as expected. Sometimes may not get notification on my phone and that could be a phone issue and not necessarily the app issue.

★★☆☆☆ The backup by email button doesn't work, and I am unable to back up by SMS (nowhere to do that in the app) so I am locked out of all my Salesforce environments unless I have my Wi-Fi only old phone on hand, charged, and hooked up to Wi-Fi Please fix this, it's ridiculous

★★☆☆☆ Does not support 8-digit codes anymore. Restore on new device "converted" everything to 6-digit codes. Lost 1 full day to get new qr codes for over 30 entries I had. Of course, I'm using now an alternative app. Really disappointing. Not recommended.
