Bus tracker is extremely inaccurate, it will say the bus is in one place then jump to another, so you think you've got time, but you don't.

Half of these reviews must be fake as I've had nothing but trouble with these buses and anyone I know in the area has said the same thing. I've had 3 buses not even show up making us over half an hour late for the working/school day, this service sucks and is so unreliable, I'm currently learning to drive and cannot wait until I never have to rely on this lame bus service ever again! 0 stars!! 👎

The app shows the bus arriving in 5 minutes, then 4, then 3, then 2 and then puff the bus disappears in thin air. Useless app. Doesn't say that a bus will be cancelled, just starts an imaginary count down for a bus that doesn't exist, the bus icon doesn't switch on until the engine or driver logs in any way so can't rely on that. Salisbury Reds is a terrible service as it is and makes living in Salisbury miserable, this app just adds insult to injury. Service run for retired people not commuters.
