Your idea of creating this app is a great one; so also the ease of navigating through the app. Kudos to you for your achievement so far. However, for the vtu app, I think you should add "order review" before the customer finally enters transaction PIN and confirms purchase. By so doing, the customer would be sure of what he/she is buying as well the net cost after the offered discounts have been applied. Regards.

Please I have contacted, and nobody is responding to my email, I want that business feature out immediately please, how can you put such features on my App when you guys don't have ordinary phone number, now you guys are in charge of the money what if tomorrow you guys disappeared? That is business account we are talking about, when people have failed withdrawal we will be contacted, but we can't contact you people and the funny part the money is not with us or coming to us, what is that ?

It is the worst app I have ever used in my life. I cannot withdraw my money from the wallet because it must be more than customer wallet. I am going from one situation to another. The vtu kuda e wallet is the slowest junk. I used woPurse and transferring money from your bank to the kuda, that can take up to 10–18 mins, then transferring it from that area to the app. I have wasted N5,000 on this stupid and useless app. Think before downloading it.

Samora bot is good, but the customer service is very poor. A lot of customers lost there money in process of account funding and there is nobody to contact. When u chat there boring customer service you will continue to wait forever with no reply. My advice, Samora bot is a good App, let the owner creat a customer telegram group to attend to customers who are using their platform. We use Samora bot to create VTU wallet/empowerment account but are losing our customers because of poor customer ser
