★★☆☆☆ Give reason for update please! EDIT: I applied the update. And now it says here in Play Store that it is installed, however it is not compatible with my device. Why is this? Why was it compatible and pushed to my device last week, but now it is no longer compatible even though it is actually installed? More info on what this update was exactly meant for and who should be installing it or not NEEDS to be addressed!

Apk name: Com.Samsung.android.rlc Old Description: Service application for the system service policy announcement and configure new policy to the device. My comment personally about this. This is odd that Samsung doesn't provide its info here and on their own site for what It's useful for. What policy are we talking about? And why is the application named as notification in my phone system???? And on play store, Samsung biz service??
