★★☆☆☆ I noticed white lines on my phone and reported the issue to Samsung support. They advised me to simply switch the phone off and on, but unsurprisingly, the problem persisted. Yesterday, I was sent to their service center, where they quoted ₹8000 to ₹9000 for the repair—despite the fact that the issue arose from their own software update. It's frustrating that Samsung refuses to take responsibility for their fault, leaving customers to bear the cost. I am deeply disappointed with their service.

★★☆☆☆ Members app is not useful. Shows errors under my registered products. Unable to book appointment for service from app due to that. Web login is able to display all my registered products and book service. Same samsung account.
