Indispensable for planning and while on vacation at Sandals. However, the resort maps need to be updated and made easier to view on a phone. At the moment they are scans of the standard resort map. So it's hard to use them for directions or to find a location on the resort. Making them GPS aware, or linked to the restaurants would really enhance the value of the app.

Looks like they failed to update their SSL certificate and their app can no longer sign in. Update: they fixed the problem after several days.

Doesn't work, get HTTP 503 error every time, either to log in or even trying to use the forgot password link. Happens whether I'm on a cellular internet or even on the resort Wi-Fi

Come on FIX THE APP ALREADY! I see reviews from 2019 saying the same things as every other year including 2024. Having everything on an app makes trips much easier. After attempting to use your app I don't even want to go through Sandals anymore. You're supposedly this amazing company but can't afford to fix your app?hmm. I'll go through Expedia instead 🙄 Wouldn't send a reset password link to my email. SO didn't even get past the login. RIDICULOUS. And I'm supposed to trust you all to plan a trip

Horrible! I got logged out after receiving a notification to update the app. Tried to complete the update. Now, I am unable to log back in.
