Twice within a week they couldn't fulfill a booking. Twenty minutes late the first time, 28 the second. 'Avoid booking between 8 and 9 in the morning'. That's a little unprofessional tbh...

Booked a taxi which 3 hours later was just cancelled for no reason

Bad service. Booked minibus from Blarney. 15 min from city center for 6 people. Minibus never arrived for 6 people, so I rang 10 mins after collection time. Girl answered and said there were no minibuses working today, but a car was on the way. Car would only bring 4 people. Already 10 mins late. I asked about getting a second car for the other two people and was told it could take 40 mins and that they normally only serve the city area. Cancelled all. Don't accept jobs you can't fulfill.
