★★★★★ I've been using Sayurbox since it was on Grab, and now I prefer using the Sayurbox app. The interface and experience are better, and the products are more varied. I didn't give 5 stars because I want Sayurbox to improve its packaging. I feel like I'm creating more plastic waste when using this app and I hope Sayurbox will find a more eco-friendly solution (the cardboard box return option feature somehow are not implemented).

★★☆☆☆ The new app is terrible. The app wouldn't allow me to pinpoint to right house number. The app keep giving recommended address which is the wrong house. It won't allow me to enter the address manually... I have to use the wrong address and provide the right house number in the note...so messy

★★☆☆☆ Very annoying options to choose to package using a box or a bag. I always opt for packaging using boxes since my orders are usually many. I ticked the checkmark box, paid Rp.3000 more, but still got bags or sometimes both bags and boxes instead. I kept contacting CS and complained, but they insisted I didn't opt for the box. So confusing! This happened many times. Must I screenshot my payment window every time I pay, so the CS will believe me. Useless system!
