★★★★★ This app is very helpful as you are able to do all the activities related to MF viz Folio creation, SWP, or any type of investment. Login as ACE is very easy by downloading this app. Only thing you have to do it be updated with this app.

★★★★★ Excellent service until few days back. Last few days after putting nomination details in new folio creation journey, app gets closed. Please look into it.

★★☆☆☆ Not showing YONO folio and related information. I informed to SB IMF office so many times but they also replied that Technical team not working on it which leads to the worst customer service and ultimately affect business. I hope my problem shortcut on urgent basis.

★★☆☆☆ Not able to do transactions for those customers not showing in the branch list. In the older version, it was there. Pls enable transactions for all sbi folios to help and support the customers and increase the business.

★★☆☆☆ Please make it liberal. Whenever the update comes, many of the performing parts are not working. Right now, I cannot see the account name of the account holder through which they invest. Moreover, in this version, I couldn't do the KYC Or create folio, whereas in the previous version, I can easily do the KYC and do folio creation. It is very much embarrassing situation for us that I have to tell to the customer to be on time, but when I can't give the support, it feels very bad.
