Cs lacks of product knowledge. I asked them, "can bukatabungan account be created a user ID for logging in your m-banking. They replied me to call center instead of giving this simple information. Where is your product knowledge? Simple question like this can't be properly answered directly. I can't imagine if I have bigger problem when banking with u. how can you solve this without insisting me to call your paid-fixed-line phone?
