Rubbish app. Doesn't alert even though all notifications are enabled on your phone. It's as slow as a backward snail. Fix it or don't expect parents to communicate this way! Schools expect parents to use and communicate through the app only, won't contact you in any other way unless your child has had a head injury at school. It's ridiculous! The app doesn't update the message to the parent until the day after something had happened. It's unacceptable. 😡 These are OUR children not yours!

The app doesn't alert you to messages even though push notifications are enabled. Surely that is the number 1 aim of the app to inform parents?!
