App is much more user-friendly than the Web page. I was accused of "spamming" when my transaction went amiss, and I had to rekey in all the information. It would be better if there are options that allow selection of baggage / meal add-on for individual traveler even if tickets are purchased together.

I have made reservations for four tickets, two for each trip, to Singapore. The booking process was straightforward, and I found the application very easy to use.

Punctuality is not their cup of tea! Especially flight TR390 and TR391 which files between Singapore and Manila is always late more than 2 hours and sometimes more than 5 hours late. Scoot is causing trouble to those who needs to take connection flight onward. The regular delay of TR390 and TR391 can be seen on flightradar24 and also the airport apps on Singapore and Ninny Aquino International Airport Manila. I really regret flying with scoot.

The app is quite poor. It is most if the time not able to show the flights you have booked. You receive an email that you can check in in the app, but your flight is not showing in the upcoming trips. And when you try to retrieve the booking with your booking number, there is a message saying the retrieval is unsuccessful, and you have to contact call center. If am baffled that after many years of operation, so basic manipulation are impossible.
