Good for convenience but can't delete anything added to your account that no agreement to pay for the item.

Worst app ever, when trying to make a payment the Pay Now button is unresponsive. Takes ages for money to get into school account, so lunch is missed (even when topping up at 9am for lunch at 12.30!) I do not want to save card details on the app, but then payment is impossible.

Doesn't work. You can't order anything the website doesn't work for payments it just times out. I'm now having to book via emailing the school and pay cash. The old service we had was better, but it's inconceivable that in 2023 it's not possible to have a functioning website or app to make an order for a service and then make a payment for it. Edit: has stopped saving card and is now intermittently unable to log in. Never used a worse service
