Very disappointed, I almost missed a long haul flight due to the poor organization of Scott's. I booked a taxi to the airport in advance through the app, but they clearly had not even dispatched one until after the arranged time when I called up. I cancelled and got an Uber, 2* as they refunded my prepayment
