★★☆☆☆ Says I'm not a SJ Plus member I subscribed to the monthly plan and it continues to say I need to upgrade to SJ plus or do the 1 month free trial, which it does not allow me to do either. I used to be subscribed and liked the content but now am frustrated at the lack of functionality within the app.

★★☆☆☆ Video won't play for more than a couple minutes when I'm lucky. Trying to Chromecast a video but the video stops playing but the app remains connected to the CC so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the CC or it's connectivity. No error or anything, the video just freaking stops. It has taken me over an hour to watch twenty minutes of content. When I start the video again, it usually starts all over and when casting, controlling position of the video is super difficult. The website has the same issue so I think I have to echo what everyone else is saying and use the YouTube platform instead of a custom-built one. Whatever you have to pay Google to support pay-to-watch content is worth it because I'm certainly not going to start paying after my trial is over. I'm cancelling it. Love the content, but you have made it impossible to consume. The app itself has a decent UI but seems to lack the core capability of delivering videos reliably.
