They didn't inform about the verification of documents which is important. And also I went till the registration page and came back but when I tried again to go to that page and register it says that my email ID already exists and does not allow me ti go further. I can't log in also because it says that email verification is needed, but I can't register itself. How can it verifer me?

When I try to log in to my account it says invalid credentials & when do forgot password procedure then it says invalid email ID or email ID does not exist. After that when I try to register myself it says email ID already exist. Earlier when I was signed in to this app I was unable to upload my disability certificate. My overall experience is horrible.
