I can't give a rating yet because they, even tho they started somewhere in 2022. They not in centurion yet. Very strange. Only read about the app now. Here is a problem. U priced higher than uber black. Second even tho u not in my area I can't request for someone else from point a to b. It just says sorry we not in ur area. What if I want to request for someone to come to m frm joburg. At 15rand a km. It wil never happen but what if?

This company's biggest let down is this app. It's a brilliant service, great drivers, well-kept vehicles and safe experience. However, the fact that this app is so unreliable is a real disappointment. The latest is the every time I click "Get ryde estimate" it loads and then ends up back at the same screen. Therefore, if an app cannot perform the very function it was designed to do then unfortunately it gets a one star and the company makes no money. Sorry but in this case Uber is more reliable.

One of the more unpleasant app experiences. The app rarely loads correctly, gets often stuck and after multiple attempts I've not been able to get to the point where I can actually order a ride... Use at your own peril
