★★★★★ The equipment and app is working as advertised. It was fun being able to install the camera on my own. Aside from the buffering time it is a cool camera for 4g connection. The updates to the app and firmware are helpful.

★★★★★ Their app is good but camers are expensive and way lens customer service is very poor. Way lens send me faulty dashcam, and they were not willing to exchange, return or refund. Thanks to PayPal they helped me and returned my money and they forcefully walyens had to exchange dash cam.

★★★★★ So far so good. Hopefully they add automatic night mode since it has an ambient light sensor. Other than the occasional buffering it works well. Very good quality picture, but the motion sensor seems really sensitive even on low.

★★☆☆☆ Don't bother wasting your money on any way lens product. I've tried reaching out to them 4 times already and still no response in regards to customer support. App could use a little more work. It takes a long time for the app and the camera to connect and if you t uh run off the ignition as you're using the app, it will disconnect and wouldn't want to connect again unless you force-stop the app and try again by cycling the ignition on and leaving it there until you're finished. Way lens doesn't have any phone number for you to call for support. Camera is ok but not the best, totally not worth it.

★★☆☆☆ This is really difficult to use. Not only is it difficult to even figure out how to view live video or past video, I have no idea how to ensure that I can quickly record and retrieve video in the event of an accident. I bought the most expensive camera (this one) as a fake security cam at this point because I don't know how to use it well, and I hope that it's presence is enough to scare away potential criminals.
