The only complaint I have is that when I log out and hit the back arrow to close the app, it ignores me. I have to go to my phone's screen that's showing open apps and "close all". I have 3 other banking apps, and they close after I log out and hit the back arrow. I'm using a Samsung S22+.

Nothing like needing to access my bank and the app just not working. It seems to be sentient and know exactly when you need it the most just so it can let you down.

The Verification system is buggy. I tried to log in to my account today and I still wasn't able to get in. I rarely get this problem, but it's still annoying to have. I don't even get any of my security questions at all it's just buggy. I tried Account unlock too, and it still doesn't take me to the next menu or security question.

Since the most recent update, updated on 9/20/24, I can't even log into my account, via the app or online. Can't get help on Sundays. I'm getting very disappointed in SSFCU.
