Everything seems to work right up until I click on the selected channel at my local theater, the sound adjustment screen turns on but no sound. Could it be my hearing aids don't work with this system? I have Oticon Opn 1 hearing aids. They don't have Bluetooth. Is that needed? Will this work with Bluetooth earbuds? I can't seem to find an answer to my problem. Is there a place online I can test this out?

Instructions are very unclear and there are several similar Sennheiser apps, so it's a very confusing user experience to figure out which hi with their headphone products.

I really like Sennheiser products but, I must be missing something because I can't find Smart Control, or Smart Connect for my phone to pair with my Momentum TW2 Earphones Like with my tablet when I first got my headset. Has the name been changed to something more confusing?

Considering the earbuds are $300,you'd think the software would at least be smoother. It's not connecting yet it's required by another Sennheiser set up program (at least the unclear instructions allude to that). With Sabra's top earbuds, you just connect and that's it! Their other individual programs make it VERY clear as to what they're for. SENNHEISER, YOU MIGHT WANT TO RESEARCH AND LOOK AT OTHER 5-STAR PROGRAMS AND TAKE A MAJOR HINT! The lousy programs will cause returns of YOUR OWN PRODUCTS!
