App is easy to use. I wished if Septa decided to support existing parking apps, so that I didn't need to download yet another app. But that was not fault of this app.

Can't enter and store a credit card for payment. App just reads "not found"

Trying to set up, no way of submitting a password for the new acc. Keeps coming back with "wrong Password!!!!" I rarely use any apps, but this one on Android is "horrible". Does not matter if I use email or cell phone number. Same problem.

Septa are stupid, why an extra app? Why can't we just pay through Park Mobile? Why can't we use Septa key card to pay for parking? They make things more difficult than needs to be. They don't care about the customer experience, knowing the government will bail them out.
