SO much better than the old app! Really improved! Love it!

Not a fan of having to be in landscape mode to take photos nor do I like the video function is pushed as the primary function as it stops whatever is playing in my headphones than have to switch apps to restart media. Also, the entire program is designed to help advisors and managers and costs techs time. With 2.0, there are even more steps than the original program to send photos from the inspection. Also, I cant find a way to tag photos to jobs on app at the end the same way as the old app

App freezes upon pressing record and says unknown error. Does not work currently for my Nokia XR20. I have been having to use the original service snap app that is being phased out.
