★★★★★ I've been using Set more for my Hair/Beauty Business since 2017, and it has been great!!! I just got the new upgrade, and it makes it even better!!! I would just like to get notifications more or have an option to work out that functionality. But I absolutely love this booking site!! I'm able to see my rating and have the option to publish them, my clients as well as myself get reminders, clients can book their own appointment from their phone. I just love it here

★★☆☆☆ Have used set more for years for our barber shop, new interface as of July 2024 is terrible. The clients say to enjoy the update on their end but on the barbers end there's just a lot to look at and most of it seems useless, nothing is bold etc. so all the words blend together it's hard to read, many steps now to click on& book for people, their phone numbers and personal info do not just pop up when you click them anymore, you have to search for everything. No longer quick and easy. Please fix.

★★☆☆☆ Glitching! Ever since the new update, multiple staff having problems with appointments not showing after booking clients in, sometimes show back up, sometimes just disappear! The new layout and widget is less user-friendly than before - have been using this app for over 5 years with no problems but am now considering other alternatives Preferred the old version, is there an option to go back to this version?!

★★☆☆☆ The user interface is great, but the functionality is narrow and not very suitable for online booking. Appointment system is great, though. Would like to request a refund after 3 days of trial.
