Very good APP. Clean and fresh vegetables and fruits are available at very reasonable prices at home. Bought 4 times so far. Even during the lockdown, we got fresh vegetables and fruits following the rules of all social distances. Thank you Seven Mantra.

App has some bugs. It is not refined. Although I successfully placed my order, the tracking system for the order is useless. Even if you get delivered your order, the app is showing as the order is "Processing". Quality of the vegetables is poor. Not going to order anything again.

The vegetables delivered are fresh, but items keep missing in delivery against the order list. In one of my order two items were missing. When I raised a complaint one of the item was delivered 6 days later with 2nd one still missing. Yet I placed the next order and again 3 items are missing again. With only prepaid option, you actually end up paying for full order while getting only part of it. Complaint registration is also a cumbersome process.

This app is not giving any update regarding your order, whether it is shipped or not and when it will be delivered. The same is highlighted to customer care executive but no action is taken. Even my past delivery orders are shown as, 'processing', which is a surprise.
