★★★★★ Please add the option to choose between 'Today' page and 'Now Showing' page when the app is opened. I could tell that I rarely use 'Today' so if I open the app and the first page is 'Now Showing', it would be more convenient.

★★★★★ I'm here because I love the "Swap" feature so much I'm so appreciated. It's happened not by intention me and my wife we both very tired from work and baby, but we booked a movie at 22:00 we about to fall sleep and sad that we can't make it then, so I was about to buy a new one for tomorrow but suddenly saw the "Swap" feature I just click and change the ticket to next day afternoon it took me 10 sec, and it cost only 10 bth for doing that! Thanks for doing such a nice feature that care about us!

★★★★★ Dear SF cinema Team, please Add English subtitles Thai subtitles (2 subtitles) for All foreign language movies., Because some movies running with Thai dubbed language & Thai subtitles (don't have english subtitles)., Why like this we can't understand.,

★★☆☆☆ Almost the worst movie app I have ever used! What I experienced: I booked the tickets and paid with my Thai card. They deducted the amount from card, but then it still shows "unpaid" in app. I called their hotline and the customer service lady said "yes I can see your money is deducted, but your tickets are unpaid for. Your money will be refunded in 1–3 days, and now you can book the tickets again. No you cannot have the same seats because they are occupied by you". Definitely useless app!

★★☆☆☆ The app makes it unnecessarily complicated for users to redeem codes or coupon. The UI also sucks.

★★☆☆☆ The discount applied in the app increases the seat price instead of discount.
