I love this mug! I had another brand (hint), and it could not hold the temperature for long. The Smart Gear is phenomenal. This app makes it easy to monitor/manage the temperature and see the actual temp on the cup for all your favorite beverages.

Just got the mug yesterday. Doesn't work cup on charger says full charged app says 5 percent. And mug Doesn't light up when removed from charger.

The app will heat the mug, but won't keep it hot. It rapidly cools when not actively being heated. Not sure what the problem is, if the app closes once you go to something else on your phone, or what, but this product doesn't work. You basically save yourself the effort of getting up and microwaving it yourself, by microwaving it with your app. No good. Not as smart as it should be.

App won't connect with device. Bluetooth on phone recognizes there is a device to connect to, but says needs an app to connect. App just says no device connected. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. No luck.

When using coaster, mug shuts off when you place it back on coaster after a sip. When not using coaster, heating stops after a few minutes and disconnects Bluetooth.
