I've been with Shake pay for about 4 years now, Overall it's been great. However I just updated the app to agree to the new terms, and I really do not like the new app I think it's been dressed up for no reason. The original app was slick, and clean, and perfect. This one has more bells and whistles for no reason.

It's just the BEST mobile app for cash and BTC (also eth). Not only because you can shake your phone every day to earn BTC, but also because of the BTC cash-back when you use the shake pay card, plus you could get "shake paid" the totality of your purchase if you're lucky enough!!! Use to be a 5 star. Now it's 1. In November there was an update that cut your SATs earned by more than half. Now you need to use their credit card and buy or sell on the app once a week to keep active to get your streak SATs. I could live with the reduction in SATs but this on top of it, forget it.

Shake pay closed my account for making "low value transactions" and permanently banned me. I was on 461 day shake streak too. I referred many friends as well. Way to lose a loyal customer. On top of that, they won't allow me to withdraw my $700 in Bitcoin. Also, their security is bad, they had multiple breaches with leaking customer's information and customers losing funds. Their support is terrible, they don't answer any questions you ask. I'm going to file a report with BBB.
