خدمة العملاء لديهم بها بعض الحدة في التعامل مع العملاء وتفتقر اللباقة في كثير من الاحيان، وإن كان المنتج به مشكلة فلا يستبدلونه لك ويقوموا برد القيمة النقدية فقط، وستخسر سعر التوصيل في كل مره. Their customer service has some rudeness in dealing with customers and often lacks tact. You will lose with them the delivery charges if the product has defectives, they won't change it or fix it for you, but they will refund the product amount only.

Stupid add. Always giving "Error" message for many month's now ! Tried clearing the data & cache & even reinstalling the app. Then the app worked fine for 1 day and next day when I wanted to place my order, the error message came again. & that's been happening not just for me but also for most sheeel user's I know. Also, this issues happens in both my mobile phone (Samsung S23 ultra, Note 10) accounts and on my wife's mobile (S22) as well. So it's not a unique incident as they claim
