★★☆☆☆ The returns bots on this app are driving me crazy! A top I bought was inaccurately described (embellishments was the description, but it's just a printed picture of pearls) and it won't let me progress the return because the bot has decided I've worn it... the only reason I even took it out of the bag is because the return wouldn't progress without a photo. But on top of that, it is a Christmas top... it is currently October!! I haven't worn it, I never will, let me return it

★★☆☆☆ I like shopping on shein, but the ads they advertise on other apps are so freaking predatory the "X" isn't even an x, I press it, and it takes me to the app I'm going to have to uninstall shein because of the ads advertised!

★★☆☆☆ Sure shein is a good online store, but don't be fooled after u have submitted your order and paid for it there's another payment that has to be done to get your parcel. Tax and duty fees. There is no such thing as free shipping on shein and Temu online shops. So rather if you're getting sassa skip this online stores.
