This is a MUST HAVE for Police and Law Enforcement. I have been using Shield Basic for many years. The short wording is precise, fines and demerit points are awesome. Federal and Provincial statutes are updated regularly and correctly. I highly recommend Shield Basic for all recruits I coach. The "My Favorites" section is excellent for a quick resource. I have never had a challenge with the App not working and the two times I have a a question the staff response was quick & professional.

Rating 2* because the update renders this app unusable. The font is huge, the view is fully zoomed out, and scrolling is very slow. Not even simple short form wording will fit on the screen at once, and since I cannot really scroll to see the rest, the app is now useless.

Initially only had a problem with the font size, which was never corrected. Now the app won't even load properly. I accept the introduction and disclaimer and it freezes at a white page. Completely useless and a waste of my money now.
