Seamless. With Shine Pay there's no longer the headache and inconvenience of having to depend on the Change Machine at the Laundry Room or accidentally dropping a Quater on the floor and rolling under a machine. I used Shine Pay at this EV charging: 4327 Lower Honoapiilani Rd, Lahaina, HI 96761 After I deposit $15, then $5, I chose 8 hours charging for $20; after plugged in charging cable to my car, no charging at all. No phone number to call on the charging station or in the App. I unplugged the charging cable after one minute. Then I saw all $20 gone from App, $0 left. Then I looked through the app to request refund, it showed refund requested. Few hours later, it showed "Refund Denial". This is a scam!

Developer responds to reviews here faster than actual support tickets. They still have not emailed me back to help resolve my issue - Android app is not working and not able to find machines, and their troubleshooting steps do not work. Constant error messages. Literally just lying about what support they offer customers. Edit: you have to call and speak to the sales team (If you request support, the system automatically hangs up), the number is on LinkedIn. They also lie about their BBB rating

Terrible app and service. Parasitic laundry "tech upgrade" that replaced quarter fed system but never works. They have terrible customer service too. Greedy unnecessary BS. Go to the Laundromat and don't waste your time and money.

Garbage app. Claims you don't need Wi-Fi or cell signal, but you do. Find the sweet spot between signal and Bluetooth and the app crashes. Contact tech support, and they just remind you that you agreed to terms of service. I now go to a launder mat for the first time since 1998. Great advance in tech folks. Not
