Great in theory but buggy. It doesn't seem to update the status of my packages. Items that were delivered days ago are still showing as in transit, not even out for delivery. There is no way to force an update for a tracking and this morning the "mark as delivered" button stopped working. I do love that it shows what each package is.

HHH... Not the best. It used to work fine, and the locations were correct, but now it's delayed. On normal tracking from the provider you get accurate locations, but on this app it constantly changes from one place to another, for example the package was in Florida then a couple of minutes later it shows that it's all the way up in Kansas, while the provider shows the correct location being Florida, and the app will do this multiple times. This was once a great app, but now it's having issues.

I've had this app for a couple of years. No complaints. Today I added 6 packages for tracking. Went back to add another and everything was GONE! I do not want to have to go back in to add them all back! Where are they?! Does this have something to do with your latest update?! So disappointed and aggravated!!

When I click the add button, sometimes I get a name/tracking number/carrier dialog which doesn't allow me to paste or type, and sometimes I get a dialog with tracking number only, where I can't enter a package name. It never works correctly; broken since Oct 2024.
