★★☆☆☆ Customer Service is terrible. They cannot answer my question and ask me wait for long time with any feedback and close the chat with reason I do not react. This is so smart from Shopee.

★★☆☆☆ I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but my recent order was falsely marked as "delivered" by an SPX Express driver, though I never received it. The driver called, saying he will "grouping orders to deliver later." I confirmed with customer service that this violates Shopee’s policy. I paid extra fee for express delivery but was left with nothing and had to reorder. This is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly to improve the customer experience.

★★☆☆☆ Shopee banned my account for no reason. As a new customer I only purchase a 0 vnd product from Shopee Choice for newbie & accept the 20,000 vnd shipping cost. Then I played their games for vouchers and coins. After a while the app kicked my out. I tried loggin back, the F02 errors appeared. I sent them an @ explaining my actions didn't breach anything in their policy and required them to give me a detailed explanation, but they sent me a permanent ban. I'll never use shopee again 🙅🙅🙅. Scammers!
