★★★★★ Very good overall like making it very easy to make a website and so on but some things that could be improved are ; there could be more features built in to the website builder like the star rating widget which currently you have to pay £20 for a separate shopify companion app to do and some parts of the shopify setting can be very complicated and not user-friendly but overall shopify still deserves a 4/5-star rating

★★☆☆☆ I went on Facebook, logged into Shopify app. I was directed straight to WhatsApp where JOYCE KIU assisted me. She gave me her login details and made me help her perform tasks. After I did so successfully she told me I just made her money and thanked me. She gave me a link to join her on Telegram and asked me to give my details to pay me for the tasks perform. I did and the went quiet until today. I contacted SHOPIFY customer service, Anna told me she can't interfere. I wasn't paid. SCAM.

★★☆☆☆ SHOPIFY always gives the same BS response. "We're not responsible for store screw-ups." SHOPIFY DIRECTED CUSTOMERS TO THOSE STORES THAT SHOPIFY KNEW Where SCAM/FRAUDULENT!!! AMAZON is better. SHOP and SHOPIFY both are horrible. HEY SHOPIFY It's YOUR FAULT NOT BANKS! SHOP and SHOPIFY then refuse to assist customers when orders do not show up. AMAZON stands behind their customers and assist when there are issues. SHOP AND SHOPIFY SUCK!!!
