There is plenty of room for improvement with this program/app, but at least I can request a refill online. The same goes for all the archaic systems that all the pharmacies use. They need to purchase a new program to keep up with the ever-increasing prescriptions that are being given to everyone. The drug store should be a drug store first, not make up store, video game store, grocery store. Focus on the primary role of the business. Expand the pharmacy area, hire more staff. Reduce Wait times

Your app is so full of glitches! Tried to create a profile to manage prescriptions. Couldn't do it because none of the Healthcare numbers matched what I have. Tried multiple times. No option to ignore or try another metric. Then the app tells me "error 409: this email address is in use already" because I tried multiple times. So my profile remains incomplete. Then, every time I enter a security question & answer, it erases my name and DOB, up a level. Clunky.

Pretty buggy. Opening the app from a notification opens the app, but every page is forever loading until you close & reopen. Constantly logs me out of PC optimum. I've had issues with the search too, where click an item then going back to the main search page will fail to load anything
