Hi, can you please help, it's like some of the other people said regarding the pin situation. I've registered and then when I wanted to log in, it doesn't want to, when the pin gets reset, and they send you the one time pin, that also doesn't work. It's been 2 weeks of up and down with the customer service with no luck. I received a voucher to use, but how can I now use it if I can't log in and get the code?

They won't even reset your pin this app is useless, and customer care is a joke they send you all around to email and WhatsApp and to the nearest branch but still nothing they don't deserve even 1 star I don't know why there's standing "forgot my pin" when you press on it, it doesn't reset your pin it's a joke why don't they just reset the damn pin Soooo many run arounds with this app
