Admin fee not happy about the £1 admin fee as if the cinema doesn't make enough profit already they have to add admin fee as well especially in cost of living crises and going cinema is a luxury for most people and this will just add more cost not happy

£2 surcharge to book on app, why? Either put your prices as the true cost or don't have a surcharge. It's poor practice. Roll on the Deon opening. In reply to your response, There's no surcharge for in person purchasing, so why on the app? A family of 4 will now have to pay £4 more than your listed ticket prices.

Cannot buy multiple tickets for different movies at the same time as there's no basket option, even on timer as I understand the tickets can sell quickly. Also, you can only pay with card.
