★★☆☆☆ The worst company I've seen with this sort-of services. They're so slow for shipment, lies on their package ETAs, patterning with also one of the worst shipment companies in France : Mondial relay. They took more than a month to send me my order which they told me will be delivered on a few days, and guest what? They sent me the package to a non-existing address!! The customer service told me you should wait another week or so for us to resolve the issue they made!!! And they refused to pay me

So they gave me the wrong order, when I reached out to customer service that takes ages to respond or doesn't respond at all, I was informed that I would not be refunded the money I paid for delivery. Asked for a refund last month(I was informed that the refund takes 5 days to reflect on my account) but until now, nothing and customer support doesn't reply to my emails. They also do not have a contact number. From my experience, think twice before you install this stupid app 🤮🤢

★★☆☆☆ This place charge you delivery every time you change a supplier...let's say you buy from zara and pull and bear you must pay delivery for zara which is 5 + delivery for pull and bear...it's not a standard amount for delivery.more than that which is very funny, if you want to return you pay 6 euro lol...Zalando privet is way better than this app, they robbing people here.
