★★☆☆☆ The terms and conditions doesn't load and as now I can't gain access to my own property without this pointless app there's no choice but to accept. Sluggard has removed insurance for another rubbish system, is now removing direct debit and doesn't even store possessions safely. This app crashes all the damn time as well. Absolutely hate this company.

★★☆☆☆ It is impossible to pay for units. I've tried different cards and banks, PayPal, and Google Pay, but nothing works. Please fix this.

★★☆☆☆ LOOK AT APP PERMISSIONS. This App seems to be more about data collection and advertising than access. Permissions give access to nearby and paired Bluetooth devices and send advertising (family, friends, Alexa etc.?). Stops phone from sleeping. Maybe an idea to only install or disable permissions till needed. As other have said should retain other form of access.
