I find the Sidus Link app quite easy to use. Intuitive and smooth, I got it to work with my Aputure Amaral 200d the first time. Even though I'm only using 1 set of lights, it's nice to be able to control it via the app. It also has neat functions like light meter and optics calculator, as well as lighting floor plan management. I'm sure over time this app will help with my work flow.

it's great but I have this issue every now and then where I just can't enter my scene and the only way to fix it is by making a new scene or deleting a scene or opening the demo scene and then I can go into my scene

We need MC Pro listed under hardware. It's still mc, 4 x mc, 12 x mc and no mc pro or 8 x mc pro. I cannot update firmware without being able to list the s/n for my other lights. Need to update the existence of the mc pro in the app.

A lot of bugs. Lamps are refusing to connect, and you can't find instructions how to fix it. Just OK button. - The connection failed. - Ok I can use 3 lights out of 8.

Does NOT sync/connect with Google Home, Apple HomeKit, or any similar home lighting connection. You can control your lights with Sidus Link (albeit with a lot of connection lag/latency), but you can't then connect them to a broader set of your home lighting system. A TRUE bummer. Searched EVERYWHERE for a workaround. So if you want to walk into your house and turn everything on with a voice command, light switch, or routine, you cannot. You have to fumble open this app.
