It's just I pay amount on my salary day with charges.1st time I selected to waive off charges for late payment and immediately after this, they deactivated my account saying I need to block some 3k amount from my bank account to use simpl. I have uninstalled the app it's been 3 months now.if you don't care about customer how customers will benefit you.giving 2 star due to.my 10 years.otherwise you didn't expect

Pathetic service I have been using this app for the past 3–4 years.at first they didn't charge for bill payment.but now they ask for convenience fee.even if you timely payment the bills your account gets deactivated.and to reactivate it you have to pay first even though there were no dues. The support is pathetic you try and get help.there is a bot which does not provide correct answers, and you can't reach out to their team. Their billing cycle is the worst every 15 days
