I am extremely disappointed with your service, for the past 6 months I have not accessed my account due to issues with log in to the app, I add my pin code and when the code to verify my phone is sent it, the app just freezes. I have called so many times to the customer service, and they assure me that someone is following up on the matter and I don't get any updates. I called recently with the same issue and also an update of my account and I never got any feedback. I have just emailed again hoping to hear from someone. All in all I would just say as a customer I am extremely disappointed with their services, I have been patient for so long for this to be resolved with no assistance. I would say your app needs a lot of work and a huge improvement is needed with your customer service.

I am absolutely disappointed about the app service. I have not been able to access the app the last 6 months, due to login problems and because this is the only way to access my super fund, there is no way in checking my account. Please fix this asap!
